Description - This MOD adds a function to allow Admins to login to User's Accounts as they would into theres, by adding a second master password for all the accounts on the forum. This password can then be set by Admins in the ACP.

I'll start development tomorrow, should only take about -4 days for primary development, then 1 day of testing then i'll release it. I was gonna try have it done by the end of monday but i have had a very busy weekend and didn't get the chance to start it.

The getting the second password to work is driving me insane. Therefore this won't be finished until at least the end of the week.
